• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale are not eligible for return.
• Any product damaged due to misuse or improper handling is not eligible.

3. Return Process

• Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
• Customers may be required to ship the product back to the provided address.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• In case of Cash on Delivery orders, bank details will be required for processing the refund.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
• After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.

7. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect.
